After passing through a high gate, a track leads to a house built of Ourika red stone, where guests are welcomed out of sight. Depending on their mood, they are led to the restaurant, the bar or to one of the two 400 m² swimming pools, one of which is heated. In the distance, you can see herds of cows and sheep grazing on the surrounding farms, and the snow-capped peaks of the Atlas Mountains watching over the valley. The promise of an escape from your daily routine.
An oasis of tranquility in the heart of nature, open by reservation on weekends until sunset. A place where you can have lunch, spend the day and, in the near future, even sleep.
THE RESTAURANT
Marrakech is magical, and R’MATT is breathtaking. On the Ourika road, this vast, green site is home to ten hectares of nature planted with palms, oleanders and olive trees.
Surrounded by bamboo and olive groves, the restaurant offers you a moment out of time, with only the sound of nature. Here, everything is proposed, nothing is imposed!
Over a wood fire or on the barbecue, our chef prepares seasonal cuisine using the finest local products from the region, with priority given to those from the huge vegetable garden.

Every morning, the chef strolls through the huge kitchen garden to select the aromatic herbs, vegetables and citrus fruits of the day, which are featured on the restaurant’s menu.
The various plots of land are skillfully laid out to accommodate the vegetables that are emblematic of Morocco: tomatoes, zucchinis, eggplants; there is also a diversity of aromatic herbs that perfume the atmosphere.
To preserve the natural balance, we favor traditional, environmentally-friendly farming methods.
